JAMES BUDREAU has been trying state and federal cases for twenty years. He has taught at Harvard Law School and is on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Boston Bar Association. Mr. Budreau's primary focus is representing those wrongly accused or convicted in state and federal court.

Mr. Budreau has successfully represented clients accused of major felonies including first degree murder cases, complex computer crimes, narcotic conspiracies and financial based crimes. He has overturned dozens of convictions in state and federal courts throughout the east coast.
