• Drug conspiracy indictment dismissed after Judge was convinced that statute of limitations was violated.
• Defendant sentenced to one year and a day in community confinement, despite guidelines calling for 98 month sentence, based upon rehabiltation argument.
• Persuaded prosecutor that a hundred million dollar loss in company's market cap, attributable to client's fraudulent sale of overvalued asset, should not be included in relevant conduct as loss calculation.
